How much is the shipping?
Shipping is complimentary from our side to make this experience even more beautiful for you.
- What kind of shipping services do you provide?
All orders are shipped by DHL air express.
- How long does the delivery take?
In most cases, your shipment should reach you in 2-3 business days from the time you place your order. Orders with more than one product may be shipped in separate parcels with different delivery dates.
- Is there any exception on delivery times?
Some orders may take up to 48 additional hours to process in cases wherein the pin is not in direct serviceable zone of supply by DHL. If a standard order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday and thus the time to ship starts from Monday. If an additional validation is required for any order then that and can also delay the delivery
Exchange
- What products are eligible for exchange?
Exchange is eligible only in the following cases.
- In case the product shipped is not as per order placed.
- Genuine quality concerns of the product. By genuine quality concerns we mean defective materials i.e. having manufacturing defect.
In both of the above cases, Products should be returned in an unused and new condition.
Please keep in mind that each Niiyaa product is made by hand and the beauty of each piece is that it embraces the imperfections and the affection that comes with a human touch. So please be mindful that there will be some inconsistencies and defects that they might carry.
