All items at display on www.niiyaa.com are made after spending months of hard work by large number of hands and are available in our stock. In case, anything you like is currently not available, please reach out to us under the contact us page.

3.I just finalised my order but I still have not received the order summary?
You may experience a few minutes delay after you have placed your order and before you receive the order summary. You should also check your "Spam" inbox, as the message may have been delivered there depending on your email settings. If you still have not received an email, please send us an email at email@example.com.
4. Will my order be gift packed?
We have designed our packaging box such that you may like to retain the same to keep the product always in the box. Additionally, on the checkout page you can select complimentary gift packaging and we would try to make the experience even more beautiful.
5. Can I include a personalised gift message with my purchase?
Yes, while confirming your order, it is possible to include an accompanying card for a gift order and you can enter a message there.
6. Will my gift order include the price of the items?
An order will be considered a "gift" if you will select “gift” on the checkout page. The price of the items is not shown in the accompanying order slip.
7. How much is the shipping?
Shipping is free of charge.
8. What kind of shipping services do you provide?
All orders are shipped by DHL air express.
9. How long does the delivery take?
2-3 business days from the time you place your order. Orders with more than one product may be shipped in separate parcels with different delivery dates.
10. Is there any exception on delivery times?
Some orders may take up to 48 additional hours to process in cases wherein the pin is not in direct serviceable zone of supply by DHL. If a standard order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday and thus the time to ship then starts. Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery.
11. How do I know when my order has been processed?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number confirming your order has been shipped.
12. How can I track my delivery?

13. Where does Niiyaa.com deliver?
At the moment we only serve United States market. Any delivery address located outside the areas mentioned may be refused when placing the order. Kindly inform us at the customer care email and as a special case, we would try our best to serve you. The time of delivery in such cases would differ and to be informed on case to case basis.
14. Could you deliver to a PO box or Mailbox?
For security reasons, Niiyaa.com will not process any order that is requested to be delivered to a general delivery address or P.O. Box. All Niiyaa.com packages are personally delivered to their recipient and, as a result, no packages will be dropped off in a mailbox.
15. Is a signature required for delivery of my order?
Generally, we don't request the recipient's signature, but in some specific cases it might be required on receipt of the parcel
